What is the best way to store and maintain the product?

1.Ensure the air mattress is thoroughly cleaned and completely dry before storing.

2.For cleaning, use mild soapy water and rinse with fresh water.

3.Avoid using chemicals, harsh detergents, or solvents during cleaning.

Why does my air mattress seem to lose firmness overnight?

The PVC material naturally stretches and expands with use. We suggest inflating the mattress completely, then deflating it once. This process allows the PVC to fully stretch, helping the mattress maintain its firmness throughout the night.

Can this inflatable mattress serve as a daily family bed?

The CHILLSUN air mattress is not intended for daily use as a permanent replacement for a traditional bed. It is best suited for occasional purposes, such as accommodating guests, temporary housing situations, or camping trips.
